An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
Our contact form sends your request to representatives of WWT in Cambodia (The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust) and are governed by WWT’s Privacy statement. We store these messages as emails in a password-protected email system, and pass the details on to participants in the Anlung Pring Community-based Ecotourism initiative.

If you post a message to us via our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We maintain your email requests for yo to 24 months; after that time we anonymise them, to use in statistical analysis and record keeping.
What rights you have over your data
If you have contacted us via this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
Your data is kept in password-protected systems. Necessary information about your booking or review may be printed out, read out, or sent to mobile phones to facilitate your visit to Anlung Pring. Only approved staff and participants will have access to this information.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
We will not, under any circumstances, share personal data with any third party organisations for their use or sell it to them for their own marketing purposes, and individuals will not receive marketing communications from any other companies, charities or other organisations as a result of providing their details.
We will hold personal information on its systems for as long as it is necessary for it to carry out the relevant activity requested by the individual and as in line with the consent given.
If an individual asks us to cease contact, a record of the request will be kept along with the individual’s personal details to enable us to comply with the request over time, but this period will be no longer than 7 financial years, which meets the
statutory obligation of partner WWT in Cambodia.
